SA: ATSIC gives in-principle support to safe house proposal
Australia's peak Aboriginal body is giving in-principle support to a safe house atPort Augusta for youths found roaming the streets of the South Australian city.
But the plan has been postponed amid other measures agreed to curb spiralling youthcrime in the city.
